In March 2019, Macis Bio-Bakery opened its doors—or rather, its windows. Because in our bakery, true craftsmanship is an experience. Our customers can almost look over the shoulders of our bakers and watch how bread is made, from flour and sourdough to the finished loaf. Our baked goods are made using traditional recipes and methods—something you can not only see but taste as well. Here, artificial additives have no place. If you share this belief, then come join us!

In March 2019, the new Macis opened its doors. With an organic bakery, organic market and market hall, as well as an organic restaurant and organic patisserie, it has become a complex structure with currently just over 70 employees. We give our best every day not only to meet our own standards but also those of our customers. For us, BIO is not an ideology but a quality feature, and it consistently runs through all areas.

Our bundle of energy bakes 500 loaves of bread a day. As a trained baker, he quickly returned after a brief stint in the automotive industry. In London, he showed the Brits what good German bread is, and now he demonstrates live and in color at Macis, in the open bakery, how true craftsmanship looks.
