The new Macis opened its doors in March 2019. With an organic bakery, organic market and market hall as well as an organic restaurant, a complex structure has been created with currently just over 70 employees. We do our best every day to meet not only our own standards, but also those of our customers. For us, organic is not an ideology, but a quality feature that runs consistently through all areas.

Toni Kindervater
Our Toni. We could write a lot about him, but unique is probably the best way to describe him. Even in the biggest hustle and bustle, he keeps an overview and remains casually elegant. The great thing is that Toni is a Mace veteran and has already worked for the predecessor Mace. He practically inhaled “Macis-Bio” and now celebrates this every day in Macis 2.0.
